We found an IPA recipe in our photocopier that some hophead must have left behind. It looked so good that we had to make it. Intense hop aroma with a complex malt/hop profile. Snappy bitterness with a very dry finish.

There is a history in Kelowna of a fruit infused porter being on tap at a local watering hole. For this beer we have circled back on that history and created our version of the popular Raspberry Porter that will have you reminiscing of the good old days at the Doc. Chocolate and Crystal malts combine with Magnum and Northern Brewer hops - infused with raspberry. Truly delicious! (contains lactose).
