We found an IPA recipe in our photocopier that some hophead must have left behind. It looked so good that we had to make it. Intense hop aroma with a complex malt/hop profile. Snappy bitterness with a very dry finish.

There is a history in Kelowna of a fruit-infused porter being on tap at a local watering hole. For this beer, we have circled back on that history and created our version of the popular Raspberry Porter that will have you reminiscing of the good old days at the Doc. Chocolate and Crystal malts combine with Magnum and Northern Brewer hops - infused with raspberry. Truly delicious! (contains lactose).

This Amber Lager pours a rich, glowing amber hue, hinting at the complexity within. Crafted with eight distinct malts and five hop varieties, it offers a beautifully layered profile where toasted caramel and biscuit notes meet a subtle, balanced hop bitterness. The crisp lager finish ties it all together, making each sip both refreshing and deeply satisfying.
